How did I figure it out?

James is pretty honest about what most Year 10's are thinking about! As well as sharing the what is really important to him in a future career. 

During the Starting Well program, students work with Leadership Coaches to discover what they find purposeful and the key attributes they'd like a future role to include. 

Rather than narrowing down a career search by industry at Starting Well we focus on skills. Careers are starting to be defined by skills acquisition and adaptability rather than a list of roles/industries. So why use old methods to prepare our children for jobs of the future.
